Animal Surrender
PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE IF YOU ARE TURNING IN A STRAY OR SURRENDERING AN ANIMAL. Please call the office at 707-725-4449.
AFTER making arrangements to bring in an animal, you can download and complete the "owner release form" or complete the form when you get to the rescue. Please note that the more information you can provide (including vet and vaccination records), the easier it will be to find a home for your animal.
